Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and phone systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
