About The Position
Baxter Volkswagen of La Vista is hiring a part-time Receptionist to support its dealership and guest experience. The Receptionist answers and directs incoming calls, welcomes customers, determines the nature of their visits, and connects them with the appropriate department or person. The role communicates with guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner and may perform other duties as requested by management. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
- Successfully complete the background check process and drug screening test as a condition of employment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual, or take a thorough message when needed.
- Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson.
- Communicate with all guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
