About The Position
Baxter Toyota of La Vista is seeking a Product Specialist to create a welcoming, professional Toyota experience for guests across phone, email, and in-person interactions. The role personalizes the experience for company-provided leads, internet inquiries, referrals, returning guests, and walk-ins, and helps guests understand Toyota vehicle features and benefits, including during test drives. The Product Specialist maintains thorough knowledge of Toyota models, vehicles, features, and accessories; keeps current through required product training and courses; and serves as a resource for guest questions and technology troubleshooting. The position also coordinates and delivers vehicles after purchase to provide a premium delivery experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide an exceptional, professional, and welcoming Toyota experience through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Personalize interactions with company-provided leads, internet inquiries, referrals, repeat guests, and walk-in guests.
- Present Toyota vehicle features and benefits and assist guests during test drives.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across the Toyota model lineup to answer guest questions.
- Stay informed about new Toyota vehicles, features, and accessories and communicate their benefits to guests.
- Coordinate and deliver Toyota vehicles after the purchase process, ensuring a premium delivery experience.
- Assist guests with troubleshooting Toyota technology and vehicle features.
- Attend required product training and courses to stay current on Toyota products, features, and accessories.
