Proper Insurance® is a Coverholder at Lloyd's of London, administering a niche insurance program designed specifically for short-term vacation rental properties listed on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, HomeAway, Expedia, and Booking.com. Founded in 2014, the company has grown from 2 owners to over 40 employees in its Bozeman office, with accelerated growth continuing year after year. The U.S. vacation rental market now exceeds 2,000,000 properties and continues expanding as the sharing economy grows. Proper Insurance® is licensed in all 50 states and proudly serves property owners nationwide from Bozeman. Proper Insurance® is currently hiring a full-time, in-house Receptionist. This role seeks a detail-oriented, organized professional to help deliver a white-glove experience to property owners. The position requires confidence on the phone, comfort in a fast-paced office environment, and the ability to multitask effectively. This is not a remote position. HUB International Limited, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is a leading full-service global insurance broker providing property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services.
