About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Receptionist for its branch. This role is crucial for managing front-desk operations, supporting various departments, and ensuring a professional image for the company. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma plus additional secretarial course work and two to three years prior experience
  • High level of professionalism and decorum to effectively handle important phone calls and confidential information
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and computer skills
  • Project a professional image
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Greet visitors
  • Process mail and correspondence
  • Support Sales department as needed
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable/Payable functions and invoice coding
  • Assist various departments within the branch with projects and duties as assigned
  • File preparation and maintenance
