About The Position

Super Micro Computer Inc. is growing! We need a highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented and enthusiastic person to join our team as a front office administrator. This person's main responsibility is to manage daily visitor reception and front office activities with high efficiency and accuracy. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional who enjoys a high degree of responsibility and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of front desk experience in the corporate environment preferred
  • Professional demeanor with strong phone and customer service etiquette
  • Must be punctual, well organized, and able to work independently and as a team player
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Front desk management, including but not limited to, screening and routing calls, welcoming visitors and answering their questions, handling mail receipt and distribution.
  • General office support and maintenance, including but not limited to, ordering office supplies, placing catering orders and supporting travel arrangements.
  • Backup management on coordinating and communicating with International offices
  • Other Administrative support assignments as needed
