About The Position
Fox Motors has a Part-Time Receptionist position opening in Kalamazoo, MI at Fox Maple Hill. You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing a welcoming experience to all customers, vendors, and community members. The Receptionist is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist, you are responsible for answering basic inquiries, directing customers, and digitizing documents. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Be able work Monday and Wednesdays 1pm-7pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm-6pm, and Saturdays 9am-2pm.
- Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
- Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Assist with digitizing documents and other light office work
- Assists with administrative duties as requested.
