This person will provide friendly, professional customer service for high volume phone calls and interact with the public (visitors, etc.).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), plus six to twelve months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of three years experience on a high volume switchboard is required.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Courteous telephone communication skills
- Must maintain an excellent professional appearance at all times
- Ability to maintain composure in a very busy environment
- Dependable and patient
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Regular attendance that is acceptable to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Answer multiple phone lines (high volume)
- Take payments from customers
- Assist visitors
- Communicate complaints to management
- Assist with stuffing envelopes
- Assists with resolving problems with walk-ins regarding medical bills
- Handles front desk coverage schedule for breaks and PTO
- Complete special projects as assigned
