Our Fort Worth, TX office is accepting applications for a receptionist/admin assistant. Strong Microsoft Office Skill are required including Outlook, Excel and Word. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering the phone Calendaring and tracking work, events and deadlines Collaborating and communicating with other departments to assist with completing various tasks Processing office mail Handling correspondence Scheduling appointments Organizing files and managing office supplies Administration Support for the project management team Qualifications: Professional demeanor Strong organization skills. Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task Ability to handle multiple projects Excellent communication skills & ability to learn new skills Strong to expert user of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Adobe Acrobat DC, Word and Outlook The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
