The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external business partners. This position is responsible for providing professional front desk coverage, administrative support, and exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient operation of office functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in English and Spanish, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Functions include but are not limited to the following. Must be able to move freely between tasks depending on workload, season, etc.
