About The Position

This role serves as the front-line representative for RotoMetrics & Maxcess, managing customer interactions, phone calls, and visitor greetings. The position provides essential administrative support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth daily operations and promoting the OneMaxcess brand.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook & Excel
  • Working knowledge of standard office machines (fax, copier, door buzzer, etc)
  • Ability to identify problems and implement or recommend solutions
  • Able to work in a Team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce and/or Oracle experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Represent RotoMetrics & Maxcess as the front-line point of contact for customers, callers, & walk-in visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
  • Operate a busy switchboard in a cheerful manner, forwarding calls to the correct team member.
  • Greet and direct walk-in visitors and staff new to the organization.
  • Book and manage conference rooms, as needed.
  • Monitor & distribute Americas CSR emails during CSR absences.
  • Answer basic customer questions about order status, ship dates, etc.
  • Execute internal Sales Support requests.
  • Update the Roto Customer Master upon request: address, name, & other account changes, coordinating as needed with other Maxcess brands.
  • File, prepare mail, & distribute customer POs.
  • Promote OneMaxcess brand awareness contributing to all brands under Maxcess International.
  • Other duties as assigned to meet departmental and Company objectives.
