About The Position

Lake Naomi Club is a premier and private second-home community located in the pristine Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Club surrounds one of the largest private lakes in the Pennsylvania Mountains and is recognized as one of the leading vacation communities in the country. Facilities are spread out over 3,000 acres and include a 9 hole USGA rated golf course, 18 soft surface tennis courts, 2 outdoor swimming pools, 56,000 square feet community center, 3 lakes, 3 ponds, 2 maintenance complexes, and an administrative office. We are looking for a Receptionist/Membership Assistant to provide support to the Membership Coordinator and assists in all aspects of the Lake Naomi Club Membership programs. The Membership Assistant also provides coverage for the Receptionist.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain Club Member files and database.
  • Record ownership change, address change, update photos, membership status, etc., of all Club Members and Property Owners.
  • Process incoming dues invoices and payments (attach data sheet, record membership information in database, process payment in POS).
  • File invoice and other membership information in each Member’s file.
  • Prepare Membership Packets (print Membership ID Badges as needed, insert boat registration stickers, rack assignments, current literature).
  • Process Special Family Membership applications as they come in.
  • Maintain the monthly reconciliation from JotForm to Northstar for Accounting.
  • Respond to telephone and/or walk-in support for inquiries regarding Temporary Membership.
  • Assist with processing Temporary Membership Applications (data entry, update photo, print Membership ID Badge, process payment, issue packet).
  • Support distribution of Temporary Membership packets.
  • Primary backup for receptionist to cover overflow of calls, days off, lunch, etc.
  • Ensure all phone calls are answered and/or redirected accordingly in a professional manner.
  • Greet and assist individuals who come into the Administrative Office.
  • General office duties such as operate postal machine, fax machine, photocopying, proofreading.
  • Assist with the preparation of bulk mailings (collate material, stuff envelopes, label envelopes).
