About The Position

The Membership Aide greets members, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, provides information about Club programs, and assists with membership processes. This role helps maintain a secure, clean, and organized entrance, creating a positive first impression, monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access, and coordinates with program staff during member pick-up. Our Mission: To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as caring, productive, responsible citizens.

Requirements

Minimum of 17 years or older
Provide 3 references (professional if work experience exists, otherwise non-family member over 18 who can speak to character and professionalism)
Complete a drug screen for any illegal substances
Complete a background check
Complete a fingerprint check

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Fun, energetic, and excited individual
Interest in a career in data entry, billing, and accounts receivable

Ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff, and parents

Responsibilities

Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up.
Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently.
Provide information on Club programs to members, parents, visitors, and respond to phone inquiries.
Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas.
Maintain the safety of our members and staff and ensure an optimal Club experience for all.
