Responsibilities

• Answer and route phone calls
• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional way
• Help customers with basic questions and follow-up
• Make happy calls after jobs are completed
• Follow up with customers on estimates, scheduling, and service needs
• Help keep paperwork, schedules, and digital files organized
• Support the office team with daily tasks
• Jump in where needed to help the team
