About The Position

Join the Moss Creek Team as a Receptionist/Concierge! Do you love meeting new people, creating memorable experiences, and being the friendly face that makes someone's day? If so, Moss Creek is looking for a professional, energetic, and service-focused Receptionist/Concierge to be the welcoming heart of our beautiful Clubhouse. At Moss Creek, hospitality is more than a job—it's creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests every day. As our Receptionist/Concierge, you'll be the first impression of the Clubhouse, helping members make reservations, coordinating special events, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service, hospitality, reception, concierge, or administrative experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Nice To Haves

  • Club, hospitality, resort, or private community experience is a plus
  • Experience with Jonas software is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and assist with reservations and appointments
  • Welcome, seat, and thank guests visiting the Clubhouse
  • Share daily Chef Specials and Clubhouse happenings
  • Assist with planning and coordinating special events and banquets
  • Prepare seating charts and event materials
  • Support catering functions from planning through completion
  • Promote Clubhouse events and activities
  • Maintain menus, signage, mail distribution, and promotional materials
  • Create and maintain computer files and records
  • Coordinate documentation between the Clubhouse and Administrative Offices
  • Ensure lobby, dining, and reception areas remain welcoming and guest-ready
  • Set up and test audio-visual equipment for meetings and events
  • Assist with food and beverage inventory records
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations throughout the Clubhouse
