The attendant will also handle guest mail and messages, manage business center needs, and ensure the lobby and concierge area are clean, organized, and inviting. A key aspect of the role is to remain calm under pressure, resolving guest concerns with courtesy and care, and supporting a seamless guest experience by collaborating with front desk, valet, bell staff, and other departments.
