Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls for the dealership group in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet customers and visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department and notify staff of arrivals
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to support daily operations
  • Communicate effectively with callers and in-person visitors
  • Prepare and type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Assist with scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
