About The Position

Growing Mazda Dealership – Monday Through Friday Schedule Our rapidly growing Mazda dealership is looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position with a great work schedule and an opportunity to grow with a successful organization.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer and office equipment knowledge
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scan and organize Repair Orders (ROs) and dealership documents
  • File paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Assist service, sales, and accounting departments with administrative tasks
  • Data entry and document management
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
