About The Position

Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the Intermountain West. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at the corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in day-to-day administrative and office support. The combination of traditional administrative functions with front-desk responsibilities requires exceptional communication skills, dependability, a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done and done well. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position will support the company's corporate office ensuring smooth and efficient operation. This position is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and various other tasks. The person in this position will work in a collaborative team environment within a supportive corporate culture.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors both in person and on the phone, serving as the professional, friendly face of the Company
  • Route all inbound phone calls quickly and accurately.
  • Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a well-organized and clean reception area.
  • Manage corporate office and off-site storage.
  • Assist with pool car fleet.
  • Support team members and ensure the smooth functioning of the office with other duties as assigned.
