Intermountain Farmers Association (IFA) is a regional farm supply co-op with diverse operations including feed production, agronomy services, and retail stores throughout the Intermountain West. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at the corporate office in Salt Lake City, Utah. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and play a key role in day-to-day administrative and office support. The combination of traditional administrative functions with front-desk responsibilities requires exceptional communication skills, dependability, a friendly attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to getting the job done and done well. The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position will support the company's corporate office ensuring smooth and efficient operation. This position is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, and various other tasks.
