About The Position

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our growing insurance agency in Oceanside. This is a front-office role responsible for managing high call volume, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily agency operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and office software
  • Professional demeanor and reliable attendance

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage multi-line phone system, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Greet clients and provide a positive, customer-focused experience
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist with basic policy servicing and administrative support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and office communications
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
  • Support agency staff with general administrative tasks
