Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of four years of inventory, cycle counts, SAP, maintaining raw materials or related experience.
Strong computer skills required
Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, skills in basic mathematical calculations.
Strong analytical skills, excellent at managing data at a detail level
Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
Must be solutions and process-oriented team player, working to help improve the processes.
Materials handling experience
Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
Communication skills necessary to coordinate activities among various parties, including internal and external customers and vendors
Ability to be on feet up to 12 hours per shift
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines
Unload all incoming raw materials
Enter packing list into SAP
Place all incoming raw materials in the warehouse in an organized manor
Maintain all raw materials
Pump al resin into the designated silos
Keep resin spreadsheets up-to-date daily
Sample each railcar after opening
Perform Cycle Counts
Participate in semi-annual inventory
Enter maintenance slips into SAP.
Deliver Packages to maintenance department.
Check incoming carriers and verify loads to be picked up.
Cut BOLs for outgoing shipments.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
