Requirements
- Continuously lifting and carrying packages up to 50 pounds
- Continuously pushing boxes, carts, or pallet jacks
- Frequently handling tools and packages
- Frequent 1-foot action while operating the forklift
- Frequently balancing on the stand-up reach lift
Nice To Haves
- Assist in small pack or LTL areas as needed
- Other functions as assigned by supervisor
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort all incoming freight
- Inspect all incoming freight as needed
- Count and verify items to purchase orders or other documentation
- Data entry in computerized inventory system for all items
- Move all incoming product to a specific work center or final stock location utilizing equipment such as a forklift, standard and riding pallet jacks, or carts
- Ensure that all items are counted and entered correctly and moved in an efficient and timely manner
- Packaging of items that are delivered as bulk orders
