About The Position

As a Receiver, you will be part of the Inbound team, assisting with unloading and accurately receiving inbound shipments. The work involves receiving, offloading, and scanning shipments, along with other general warehouse duties. You will work with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at 1950 S. Vintage Ave, Ontario, CA 91761. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour.

Requirements

At least 3 months of prior warehouse experience.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders and stairs, work at heights in elevated areas, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
Trustworthy and moral character; pre-employment background and drug tests are used.

Nice To Haves

Experience with a warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
Team-oriented and proactive approach.
Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with the team to identify potential roadblocks.

Responsibilities

Ensure inbound shipments are received, checked for damage, and processed into the system.
Receive, offload, and scan shipments and perform other general warehouse duties.
Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures.
Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy at all times.
