Recall Program Manager

Ford Motor CompanyAllen Park, MI
$115,500 - $218,100

About The Position

The Recall Program Manager leads a team of Analysts through planning, development, approval, and rollout of all Field Service Actions (FSAs). This includes overseeing dealer bulletins, customer communications, and related FSA documentation. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments — including the Automotive Safety Office (ASO), Office of General Counsel (OGC), Parts, Supply & Logistics (PS&L), Diagnostic Team, Warranty, Hotline, and PD Engineering — to identify and resolve issues. The Recall Program Manager also supports Analysts in coordinating service trials prior to launch and confirming the effectiveness of fixes, while reviewing and prioritizing requests for FSA-related data, such as VIN volumes, unsold units, and completion tracking. Beyond document development, Recall Program Managers help identify efficiencies that reduce warranty costs through smarter repair, parts, and vendor strategies, while ensuring all impacted markets are accounted for at every phase of an FSA.
