About The Position
The Recall Technician at Gwinnett Place Ford is responsible for providing high-quality automotive service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires technical proficiency and the ability to work independently and efficiently to meet customer demands.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive lube technician preferred
- Previous Ford Service and Recall Certification Preferred
- Previous experience as a mobile service technician preferred but not required
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Responsibilities
- Perform Ford issued recalls to manufacture specifications
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Repair vehicle issues accurately and promptly
- Ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and vehicle updates
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide Video Multi-Point inspections to all customers
