About The Position

Brayman Precast is hiring a full-time Rebar Fabrication Laborer for its reinforcing bar operation in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. The position primarily involves pre-tie work: collaborating with a team to preassemble cages, piers, drilled shafts, caissons, and mats so they remain durable during shipping and can be placed directly from the truck without additional field work. Duties include rebar fabrication and tying, handling materials, operating hand and power tools and other equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting with general labor and other tasks needed to meet company goals. The typical schedule is an eight-hour day shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required at times to meet project needs. The position is safety-sensitive and may involve project sites, including federal projects, with hazards associated with heavy construction. Work may require working at heights, around heavy equipment, and in changing circumstances. More stringent drug-testing and compliance policies apply because the company is a federal contractor. Certain positions may have access to confidential or proprietary information and require signing the company's standard confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment.
