- Administrative work associated with right of way projects
Responsibilities
- Preparation of Offer Packages for Negotiations with property owners
- Preparation of Closing Packages for to be used for parcel closings
- Assist with the preparation of ROW Cost Estimates
- Assist with preparation of Appraisals
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract documents
- Conduct property title checkdowns
