The Real Property Specialist Junior will support base civil engineer responsibilities concerning real property acquisition, management, accounting, reporting, facility use, disposal, and FIAR readiness. This role involves performing a wide range of complex real property functions, including inventory maintenance, reporting, data analysis, and reconciliation of records with various entities. The specialist will also be responsible for implementing Air Force guidance for granting temporary use of real property, maintaining a Real Estate Grant Tracker, and conducting compliance inspections. Coordination with base entities such as Environmental flight and Legal office, supporting space accountability, and preparing documentation for audits and inquiries are key aspects of the position. The role requires deep-level research, analysis of asset history, and the ability to provide coaching and guidance to Real Property Technicians.
