About The Position
The State Highway Administration’s (SHA) Office of Real Estate is currently recruiting for a career service, Real Property Specialist I, located in Baltimore City. This is an interview and hire position that is open to anyone who meets the minimum qualifications listed below. This announcement may also be used for future vacancies throughout the state of Maryland for SHA. The main purpose of this position is to provide appraisal, negotiation, relocation assistance and property management services for State Highway Administration’s capital program under the guidance of a higher-level Real Property Specialist. This is a generalist position performing all duties associated with the acquisition of real estate for the capital program.
Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Candidate must possess a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the state of Maryland.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
