Responsibilities
- Review and understand title research/reports
- Prepare complex land acquisition forms and paperwork
- Understand current market value of subject land including appraisals
- Conduct very complex negotiations with landowners to secure properties through purchase, donation, or condemnation
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and patiently with property owners
- Manage time, schedules, and deadlines
- Perform other related duties as assigned
