About The Position
Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking an associate attorney to join its Real Estate Practice in its New York, NY office. The practice handles complex real estate transactions for a broad range of clients, including developers, owners and operators, investors, financial institutions, private investment funds, REITs, public agencies, retailers, restaurant groups, landlords, and tenants. The role focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and sales, construction transactions, joint ventures, real estate M&A, and financings.
Requirements
- One to seven years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Admission to the New York Bar is required.
