The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, tech-savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving priorities without dropping details. You will act as the broker’s right hand, helping streamline operations, protect time, improve communication, and maintain an exceptional client experience. This role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems independently, and maintain calm under pressure.
