About The Position

We’re looking for a driven and dedicated real estate administrative assistant to join our growing team. Your job will be to answer phones, schedule showings and vendor appointments, attend showings and do follow-up, organize the office materials, and create daily schedules. You’ll also work with the team to help agents by doing administrative tasks that facilitate their deals. Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
