About The Position

SpecPro Professional Services (SPS) is seeking a U.S. National Capitol Region-based Real Estate/Occupancy Agreement Specialist to support U.S. Federal Protective Service (FPS) offices. This position is intended for local hires residing in the National Capitol Region as employee must be able to report to the Alexandria or Springfield locations when required. This position is contingent upon award of contract.

Requirements

Ability to analyze and support the development of real estate and occupancy agreements is required.
Strong oral and written communication abilities required.
Minimum 7 years of experience working for/with federal Government required.
Must reside within the U.S. National Capitol Region
Ability to perform desk work for extended periods, including sitting and using a computer.
Requires sufficient vision, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform related tasks.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of Tririga and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
Active CCIM, active FAC-C certification for Leasing Contracting Officers, within the last 5 years, or equivalent, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant degree program preferred.

Responsibilities

Supports the development of real estate and/or occupancy agreements in compliance with federal space utilization policies and regulations.
Supports the formulation of build-out and tenant responsibility agreements in support of FPS space relocations.
Provides strategic recommendations for portfolio optimization and cost savings to aid governmental decision making.
