About The Position

Execute and deliver on the day-to-day Real Estate Operations activities in accordance with Crown Castle objectives. Responsible for supporting a team on real estate projects, correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines. Update data in an accurate and timely fashion, provide regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise while consistently demonstrating core competencies such as building partnerships, gaining confidence through honesty, ensuring accountability, building strong customer relationships, operating effectively in uncertain environments, and actively seeking growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Zero (0) to two (2) or more years in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to problem solve and provide solution alternatives
  • Basic comprehension of real estate contracts, agreements and due diligence items

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior real estate experience or relevant school work
  • Knowledge of real estate development process, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, etc.
  • Ability to solve the most complex problems with accuracy and quickly respond to customers

Responsibilities

  • Update tracking system(s) to ensure that project and/or program status is maintained with complete accuracy, including third party management systems.
  • Create and distribute correspondence relevant to the team, project or program (internal and external).
  • Assist with administrative preparation for various meetings.
  • Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continues to monitor for integrity and completeness.
  • Provide ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Provide additional administrative support as required.
