As our Real Estate Loan Processor II in the Corvallis Financial Center, you will have a direct impact on service to our members by obtaining, reviewing and preparing documentation for loan files in an accurate, timely manner. This essential position monitors loan progress and assists with the underwriting and closing of loans. You'll also originate and approve home equity loans and lines of credit within your credit granting authority. It is a detailed-demanding, fulfilling opportunity!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 years of real estate experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and loan document programs required
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to demonstrate that they have the legal right to work in the US
- Pass a background screening to the satisfaction of Oregon State Credit Union.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with secondary market investor underwriting guidelines preferred
Responsibilities
- Obtaining, reviewing and preparing documentation for loan files in an accurate, timely manner.
