About The Position

New Silver is a leading fintech lender that accelerates investment in real estate by providing fast, flexible capital and certainty of execution to fix-and-flip and construction investors. The company leverages data and technology for rapid approvals and delivers an unmatched, high-touch customer experience. New Silver is globally located and fully remote, driven by the goal to be the fastest and most convenient lender in the country. The role involves working with prospective borrowers to explain loan programs, answer their questions, ensure a good mutual fit, and explain the closing process. You will work within proprietary software and Hubspot, interacting with clients over the phone, text, and email. Your job will be to advise clients, move loans along, and help them close the loan. The company is looking for a highly motivated, client-centric individual who loves making lots of money.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills that enable you to provide an excellent customer experience with borrowers and business partners

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years sales, call center or customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry

Responsibilities

  • Understand and be able to clearly explain New Silver's value proposition, products and process
  • Drive sales with a consultative approach
  • Inbound and outbound prospecting to warm and semi-qualified leads
  • Maintain frequent communication with prospective clients
  • Cultivate a network of relationships
  • Develop positive business relationships and accommodate client demands
  • Strong interest to learn multiple debt and equity product types for residential and commercial investment properties
  • Meet and beat monthly sales goals (expected origination volume $5mm+ per month)
  • Be available after 5pm and have flexibility to accommodate clients
  • Ability to spend 1 day per week in the West Hartford office
