About The Position
nbkc bank is seeking experienced Loan Originators to join their high-performing, people-first Home Loan Sales team. The role involves helping people across the country secure their dream homes while building a meaningful career. nbkc provides leads, and the successful candidate will be responsible for relationship-building, utilizing mortgage knowledge, and applying sales energy. Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong business development instincts
- Live in KS or MO
- Be open to popping into our KC HQ now and then
