About The Position

These opportunities are focused on sophisticated commercial real estate litigation and transactional work, including acquisitions, financing, title disputes, leasing, development, high-value property transactions, and complex real estate disputes. Candidates must have meaningful real estate litigation or real estate transactional experience, with experience in commercial real estate matters. They should be comfortable handling sophisticated matters involving acquisitions, financing, title issues, leasing, development, or commercial disputes, possess excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail, and be willing to work in-office 4 days per week in Los Angeles with active California bar admission. Candidates should be able to speak in detail about their actual work product and matter experience. These roles are not suitable for attorneys with only residential real estate experience, candidates with narrow single-issue real estate exposure, attorneys seeking fully remote work, candidates without California bar admission, attorneys who are not comfortable with high-level substantive responsibility, transactional-only attorneys applying to litigation roles, or litigation-only attorneys applying to transaction roles. We are speaking with real estate attorneys for select Los Angeles-based opportunities involving commercial real estate litigation and sophisticated real estate transactions. These roles are grouped because candidates with strong commercial real estate experience may be aligned with more than one opening depending on their litigation, transactional, or partner-level background. The work includes complex commercial disputes, title insurance litigation, acquisition-related disputes, financing matters, high-value property transactions, commercial leasing, development deals, and real estate matters involving sophisticated clients.
