Senior Litigation Attorney - Real Estate & Business
About The Position
G10 Law is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to lead sophisticated real estate and business disputes throughout California. This is an opportunity for a litigator who enjoys taking ownership of cases, working directly with clients, and practicing law at a high level without the pressure and bureaucracy common at larger firms. You'll handle meaningful matters, help shape strategy, and work alongside a collaborative team that values results, professionalism, and balance. Our compensation structure is designed to reward productivity, excellent client service, and contributions to firm growth. Many firms talk about work-life balance. We actually structure for it. 1600 billable hour target That's substantially below many litigation firms while still providing meaningful opportunities for bonuses and professional growth. Our attorneys are expected to deliver excellent work, not sacrifice evenings and weekends to hit unrealistic billing requirements.
Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 7+ years of litigation experience
- Real estate litigation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships
- Strong deposition, law and motion, and courtroom skills
- Strategic thinker with sound judgment and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Manage a sophisticated real estate and business litigation caseload
- Develop and execute litigation strategy from inception through trial
- Handle depositions, motions, mediations, and court appearances
- Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Identify practical and cost-effective paths toward resolution
- Collaborate with firm leadership on significant matters
