Real Estate Lead (PSO)
About The Position
The Real Estate Lead provides advanced leadership for real estate activities, initiatives, and day-to-day operational execution. The role serves as a lead resource for complex work, coordinates priorities across team members and stakeholders, and translates functional goals into actionable plans while supporting consistency, service quality, and risk management. The position leads complex real estate assignments and serves as a point of contact for escalated issues and cross-functional coordination. It provides guidance and work direction to team members and contract resources, supports processes and controls, monitors workload and risks, and contributes to planning and execution of real estate initiatives.
Requirements
- Eight or more years of related experience in real estate, property management, records, transactions, project coordination, or related business support functions.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead work through others in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of real estate business processes and supporting systems.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience is also accepted.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex real estate work assignments, priorities, and deliverables across assigned functional areas or portfolios.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated issues, stakeholder requests, and cross-functional coordination.
- Provide guidance, training, and work direction to team members and contract resources to support quality and timeliness.
- Support development and consistent application of processes, standards, controls, and reporting.
- Monitor workload, performance trends, and risks, and recommend solutions to improve service, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support planning, budgeting, and execution of strategic or operational initiatives within the real estate function.
- Communicate functional priorities, status, and issues to management and business partners.
