About The Position

Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP is accepting applications from third-year law students interested in joining the firm as an entry-level associate in the fall of 2027 in our Real Estate practice group. This position is open in the Chicago, Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle offices. Our work focuses on core and emerging assets such as: office, industrial, retail, hospitality, real estate finance, CMBS work outs, development work for mixed use and emerging asset types (including an active and growing data center practice encompassing colocation transactions, hyperscaler leasing, and powered land acquisitions), as well as work on large, multi-site portfolios for some of the world’s most well-known corporate and technology companies. We routinely work across offices and collaborate with colleagues nationwide to deliver coordinated, practical solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Third-year law student in good standing pursuing the degree of Juris Doctor at an ABA-accredited law school
  • Must receive their J.D. prior to fall 2027
  • Demonstrated record of academic achievement
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience that will contribute to a successful career in the legal field
