About The Position
Join a top-rated real estate team in the US — eight consecutive years — where top agents close 40+ homes per year through a proven, fully supported system. We work exclusively with motivated homeowners, meaning you arrive at pre-qualified appointments, not cold leads. This is a full-time, commission-based role with uncapped earnings. We provide 8-15 qualified listing appointments per month, competitive splits that increase with production, 1:1 coaching, AI-powered tools, best-in-class onboarding and training, full transaction and administrative support, and dedicated listing support. There are zero out-of-pocket business expenses, including no desk, training, tech, or lead fees. Your job is to show up, serve clients, and close.
Requirements
- Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
- Full-time availability including evenings and weekends
- Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Tampa-area service territory
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Arrive at pre-qualified appointments with motivated homeowners.
- Close deals and serve clients.
- Supplement Mark Spain appointments with your sphere of influence closings.
- Travel within a defined Greater Tampa-area service territory.
- Guide motivated sellers to the right solution, whether that’s a cash offer or a traditional listing.
