About The Position

HFM Realty is recruiting licensed real estate professionals in Tampa and throughout Florida to join its modern, cloud-based brokerage. The opportunity is intended for agents who want to manage their own businesses independently while maintaining a professional brokerage affiliation. Both experienced producers and newer agents building a client base are encouraged to inquire.

Agents can focus on building client relationships, generating leads, marketing their services, and managing transactions across the Florida real estate market. The brokerage offers a remote model without traditional physical-office overhead or monthly desk fees. Agents may pursue higher commission splits as their production grows. Eligible participating agents may also earn a percentage of a sponsored agent's gross commission income for three years, subject to program terms.

Potential areas of focus include residential sales, investment properties, referrals, and developing a broader client network. Requirements
