About The Position

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Real Estate Department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with technology with a desire to expand this knowledge/skill
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work efficiently and be self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to be a team player in assisting others

Nice To Haves

  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • General office duties – filing, processing mail, correspondence, etc.
  • Prepare Real Estate packages for Real Estate Committee meetings
  • Review real estate deals for accuracy and required documentation
  • Assist with running proformas, when needed
  • Monitor construction criteria in Lucernex
  • Assist with site creation in Lucernex, when needed
  • Track all deal specific information for reporting purposes in/out of Lucernex
  • Request site evaluations, when needed
  • Work with Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor with daily Real Estate process and functionality
  • Fully cross-train in Real Estate Administration duties
  • Assist Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor and Real Estate Administrative Assistant with other projects and tasks, respectively
  • Assist Vice President of Real Estate and Real Estate Managers as needed
