About The Position

This is a remote position. The role begins on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs. No prior real estate experience is required, and training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Willingness to learn and follow structured processes

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or higher is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with basic office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client records, documents, and internal systems
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support data entry, document processing, and file organization
  • Coordinate tasks across team members and departments
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all assignments
