About The Position

The Real Estate Acquisition Assistant will be responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities by reviewing active and expired real estate listings, researching potential properties, and generating seller leads through social media. This role involves direct communication with homeowners and real estate agents via phone, building relationships, qualifying leads, negotiating purchase opportunities, and preparing offers. The assistant will also manage the acquisition process, ensure consistent follow-up, maintain CRM records, track lead progress, and provide regular updates on activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, inside sales, real estate wholesaling, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Assist in moving qualified opportunities through the acquisition process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective sellers and agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities within the CRM.
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up on active opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and acquisition activities.
