This is a highly entrepreneurial role for a motivated, goal-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments and possesses strong sales and interpersonal skills. As the primary point of contact for clients looking to sell their properties, you will engage with motivated sellers, utilizing strong sales and negotiation skills to deliver outstanding results. The role offers clear goals and performance incentives, with top performers exceeding $125,000 in total compensation last year.

Requirements

  • 4-10 years in sales or business development.
  • Must possess a real estate license or demonstrate a willingness and ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mentality, and the ability to meet clear goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills. Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Take ownership of your work and results. Demonstrate a high level of integrity in all transactions.
  • Ability to use CRM software to track leads and manage client interactions. Must be comfortable with technology and using digital tools for effective communication and organization.
  • Willingness to work both during business hours and evening or weekends to meet clients when most convenient.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers, providing superior client service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Be directly involved in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.
  • Actively cultivate relationships with sellers and the local real estate network, managing leads and following up to close deals effectively.
  • Use strong negotiation skills to create win-win deals and close transactions promptly.
  • Work seamlessly with title, legal, construction, and operations teams, and manage/collaborate with junior team members.
  • Travel to properties to conduct assessments and meet with clients for in-depth discussions on property values, repairs, and offers.
