About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Acquisition Assistant to identify and pursue acquisition opportunities. This role involves reviewing listings, researching properties, generating seller leads through social media, and contacting homeowners and agents. You will be responsible for building relationships, qualifying leads, negotiating purchase opportunities, preparing offers, and managing the acquisition process through our CRM system. Consistent follow-up and accurate record-keeping are crucial for success in this position.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate acquisitions, inside sales, real estate wholesaling, or a related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Review active and expired real estate listings to identify acquisition opportunities.
  • Research potential properties that meet the company's buying criteria.
  • Create and manage Facebook posts to generate seller leads and increase property acquisition opportunities.
  • Contact homeowners and real estate agents by phone to discuss potential property sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, agents, and prospective sellers.
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant property and seller information.
  • Negotiate purchase opportunities with homeowners and real estate agents.
  • Prepare and present purchase offers based on company guidelines.
  • Communicate offer terms clearly and professionally.
  • Assist in moving qualified opportunities through the acquisition process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective sellers and agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities within the CRM.
  • Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up on active opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates on lead status and acquisition activities.
