About The Position

This position delivers customer-facing services within Revenue Cycle System Services and supports departmental productivity, quality, and service standards in pursuit of operational goals. Services may include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, prior authorization, financial counseling and individual solutions, cashiering, release of information, and customer service. The position is 100% onsite at Jay Hospital, with a schedule of Wednesday 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and Saturday 6:30 AM–1:00 PM.

Requirements

• Comfort with time-of-service collections.
• Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in hospital or physician revenue cycle is strongly preferred.
